LABOUR MP FOR CROYDON CENTRAL ACCUSED OF ?

There seems to be trouble in the constituency of Croydon Central. One Thomas Moore, claims to have been harassed by his housing association (Downland Affinity Housing Group and Keith Exford) and further claims that his local MP, Geraint Davies, and his assistant Sarah Branson failed to act to protect him.

As there are so many players in this particular story, we have simply quoted various allegations and will allow the reader to make up their own mind. Should any person concerned wish to make their own observations, then please do so and we will include them on this, or another page, with links to join the issues.

TIPS

If you are thinking of writing in, be sure to collect your thoughts in logical order. Do not say anything wild that you cannot prove with a document, photograph or a recording. Make sure you keep all correspondence, take copies and be sure to lodge at least one set with a bank or solicitor for safe keeping. MR MOORE'S STORY

Over ten years ago had a disagreement with my landlord, Broomleigh Housing Association, over a public policy, I did not understand, and can now only understand, as a way of turning public money intended for the poor, into performance related bonus for senior housing executives.

Broomleigh Housing Association made me homeless by blocking my access to services (especially legal services, but also medicine both public and private sector), and continued to do so after I ceased to be a tenant of Broomleigh Housing Association in 1998.

This Broomleigh Housing Association block on my access to services continues to the present day, and, as it covers medicine, is preventing me getting access to the breathing appliances I need. This will kill me. I do not know the reason.

MR MOORES TAPE RECORDING - In his own words

The recording starts with Barrister Sarah Branson inviting me to his surgery - although Geraint Davies MP held no public surgery on 29 June 2000, and Sarah Branson did not attend. Next the start of Sarah Branson - to show I am playing her complete message.

Then Geraint Davies MP tells me he has a surgery and the date is read out by the computer message system - 29 June 2000.

Geraint Davies MP was lying owing to pressure from Croydon solicitors Cook & Partners - acting for Downland Affinity Housing Group - also called Broomleigh Housing Association - essentially its Chief Executive Mr Keith Exford.

Geraint Davies MP calls me Tom, but we do not know each other. The meeting lasted nearly an hour (55 minutes). No one was before me and no one followed me. I did see the Social Worker - whom Geraint Davies MP refused to ask to leave despite my repeated requests - I do not recall the police officer - but who can tell?

Richard Ottaway, the Croydon South Conservative MP, was more helpful, insisting that Broomleigh Housing Association tell me where they had hidden my breathing ventilator machine. Richard Ottaway is a solicitor, but Sarah Branson is a barrister.

Richard Ottaway seems to be more considerate of other people. Sarah Branson and Geraint Davies MP were and are enthusiastic in helping Broomleigh Housing Association my life. I am not the only victim of Broomleigh Housing Association.

I compiled this because - over four years later - the bullying continues. The MP is now Lorna Fitzsimmons, but she is not allowed to help, and passes all the information she obtains about me to Broomleigh Housing Association, which they use in their incessant bullying. You probably have to experience this - all I can do is show you some evidence, and even that right may be removed by abusive litigation in the names of Sarah Branson and Geraint Davies MP.

I ask you, whoever you are, simply that I be allowed to live the remainder of my life in peace, instead of being put to death by denial of service from every quarter.

SARAH BRANSON & GERAINT DAVIES: WE ARE NOT HAVING AN AFFAIR

This is important to Geraint Davies MP and Barrister Sarah Branson BA.

SARAH BRANSON DID NOT DEFRAUD THE STUDENT LOANS COMPANY

It is alleged, Geraint Davies insisted his parliamentary assistant, Barrister Sarah Branson, has never defrauded the Student Loans Company. Apparently, this was the first anyone knew she had had any dealings with the Student Loans Company.

Geraint Davies claims "my home address is not something which is in the public domain," but it's in the electoral register, a public document used by all political parties, available for inspection in Post Offices and Public Libraries.

Where would we be without the mental illness and violence allegations? Violence allegations are always coincidental with a CCTV breakdown, and no one is ever hurt by me, but I am often seriously damaged in incidents upon which the Authorities refuse to comment.
