This site is hosted under the domain name www.bushywood.com simply because this was the first case where an advocate (acting as a volunteer for the Wealden Action Group) triumphed over his local authority on appeal to the Secretary of State.  Unfortunately, Wealden District Council reneged on a Court Order to rectify their planning malfeasance as to recognition of a valuable heritage asset in their geographical area, opening the wound again, not so much a slight hemorrhage as before, to more a full blooded torrent of institutional abuses, heralding scripts for a TV series, based on the real life cases and events suffered by many victims of injustice, some of which may be featured on this or other websites.

 

 

 

 

The British Colonial Bulldog, is a series of true stories, real life crime dramas, where Wealden District Council's officers abused their positions of trust, openly discriminating, and wasting over £500,000 half a million pounds of tax payers money, to 2005 - with the meter still running. So escalating the cost of living in this part of Sussex.
