INNOCENCE

In the case we are following where a man was convicted of rape of a young girl, apart from the fact that the girl was "tightly closed", there was also no signs of tearing of the fourchette, or other trauma associated with digital penetration (without foreplay = dry). The girl claimed regular assaults of this type that would have produced scars and the like in 83% of cases, but there were no scars, a finding which is clearly inconsistent with her claims, as Elizabeth Carter might have agreed, if Sussex police had asked her, but they favoured using a local woman who it is alleged may have known the single parent family or otherwise had masonic connections.
A partial notch was found in the hymen, but it is now known that such findings are normal. Tears and the like in the hymen are full width if caused by trauma, leaving scar tissue, rather than partial (a smooth small indentation) as in naturally occurring features. This was not explained to the jury, who were left believing that there was no explanation for the 'notch' other than penetrative sex, when in fact it was a naturally occurring feature in all females of all ages. Yet, an innocent man was sent to prison by the system. In this case the so-called expert used her position of trust to mislead the Jury, by way of helping the police to gain a conviction of a dissident resident who was making waves as to this force failing to investigate crime in Wealden District Council. One way of neutralising political opponents is to discredit them with a sexual allegation. After that, nobody is likely to believe anything they say.
When a person has been convicted in a court of law, but continues to deny their guilt, society tries to suppress the possibility of the system having made a mistake. Hundreds of thousands of pounds of public money will have been spent trying to suggest that the innocent party has mental health issues, or is just living in denial.
But very occasionally a person who is claiming innocence is proven to have been telling the truth all along. In one case that we are following it appears that the man in question may have been a victim that his local council have been targeting for years, when he challenged them at to a Tree Preservation Order, embarrassing the officers of this council at the time, such as Ian Kay, and from then the situation has snowballed to become a full blown vendetta at the public expense.
They even tried to take away his toilets, ban him from the Wealden area and poison his water supply. Why? Because he challenged them several times and was right. That is it. This council were lying to their members, the public and the press, and enlisting (or trying to) enlist the help of the courts to bury him. Because he had caught them out. It might have been simpler just to admit their mistake, but in the nature of civil servants to try and hang in there to get their fat pension cheques on retirement. They would of course get the sack if they had admitted wrong doing and so lose all of that tax payer's cash that they covet.
Classic tales along these lines is the Man In the Iron Mask, Robin Hood and Rob Roy. Where the state tried to bury them, they prevailed against all odds.
